Step 1: Go to Projects in the left panel and select Project List.
Step 2: Navigate to the top-right corner and click Create Project.
Step 3: In the Create New Project pop-up, enter the following details:
Project Name – Enter a name for your project.
Project Type – Select Task Workflow or Concept Workflow.
Project Template (Optional) – Choose a predefined project template if available.
Client (Optional) – Select an existing client or add a new client using the + button.
Visibility – Choose whether the project should be Private or Public.
Project Methodology – Select Sprint to enable sprint-based project management. Advanced Options (Optional) – Expand this section to configure additional project settings, if required.
Click Create to create the project with the Sprint methodology enabled.
Step 4: Once the project is created, open the project from Project List. Navigate to the Sprint section.
Step 5: Navigate to the top-right corner and click New Sprint.
Step 6: In the Create New Sprint pop-up, enter the following details:
Sprint Name – Enter a name for the sprint.
Sprint Duration – Choose one of the following:
Custom Dates – Manually select the sprint Start Date and End Date.
Days Based – Define the sprint duration by specifying the number of days.
Start Date – Select the date on which the sprint will begin.
End Date – Select the date on which the sprint will end.
Sprint Goal – Provide a brief description of the sprint's objective or the deliverables the team aims to complete during the sprint.
Step 7: Click Create Sprint to add the sprint to your project.
