The Sprint Methodology add-on helps you manage sprint-based project planning and execution within Desklog. You can enable it either immediately for your current billing cycle or with your next plan renewal.
There are two ways to enable the Sprint Methodology add-on:
Method 1: Enable it immediately by paying only for the remaining days in your current billing cycle. The add-on becomes active right away and remains available until your current plan expires.
Method 2: Enable it with your next billing cycle by adding it to your upcoming subscription.
Method 1: Enable Sprint Methodology Immediately
If you'd like to start using Sprint Methodology right away, follow these steps:
Step 1: Log in to your Desklog Dashboard.
Step 2: Click on Settings from the Admin left panel and then Subscriptions from the page that opens.
Step 3: The Plan Details page will open.
Step 4: Scroll down to the Add-ons section.
Step 5: Locate the Sprint Methodology add-on.
Step 6: Review the add-on pricing and billing information.
Step 7: Click the Add button next to Sprint Methodology.
Step 8: You will be redirected to the Stripe Checkout page.
Step 9: Enter your payment details and complete the payment.
Once the payment is successful, the Sprint Methodology add-on will be activated immediately and remain active for the rest of your current billing cycle.
Note: Since your current subscription has already been paid, you'll only be charged for the remaining days in your current billing cycle.
Method 2: Enable Sprint Methodology from Your Next Billing Cycle
If you prefer to start using the add-on when your plan renews, you can add it to your upcoming subscription.
Step 1: Log in to your Desklog Dashboard.
Step 2: Click on Settings from the Admin left panel and then Subscriptions from the page that opens.
Step 3: The Plan Details page will open.
Step 3: Click the Next Payment button.
Step 4: The Payment Details page will open.
Step 5: Scroll down to the Add-ons section and locate the Sprint Methodology add-on.
Step 6: Turn on the Sprint Methodology toggle to include it in your next billing period.
Step 7: Click Subscribe Now if you want to enable AutoPay. Your payment method will be charged automatically at every billing period.
Step 8: Or, click Pay Now if you prefer to make a one-time manual payment for the upcoming billing period.
Once the payment is completed, Sprint Methodology will be included with your renewed subscription and will automatically renew with each billing period.
