Time Spent Issues When Deleting Progressed Tasks

Fixed an error where time spent on a task was recorded incorrectly after deleting a task in progress. Now, when a progress task is deleted, the associated spent time is accurately updated to maintain proper reporting and consistency across timelines and reports.
