The My Desklog icon will only show up after you log in to the Desklog client app. Once you’re logged in, the icon will appear on your taskbar, indicating that the Desklog app has started tracking.

According to your tracked status, the icon will show up differently. To see what each Desklog icon means, refer to this help page here.
When you click on the Desklog icon, you can view the following details:

- Your registered email ID
- My Desklog

Clicking on My Desklog opens a pop-up window that provides a quick overview of your tracked data, including:
- Time at Work
- Productive Time
- Efficiency
- Clock-In
- Clock-Out
You can filter tasks by project and status, and view detailed task information such as:
- Task Name
- Project Name
- Time Spent
- Assigned Time
- Actions – pause or stop the task
- Task Status – categorized as Today, Overdue, Upcoming, or Completed
Additionally, the currently running task is displayed at the bottom.
- About Desklog
Clicking on About Desklog opens a pop-up window displaying key details about the Desklog application, including:
- Desklog Version
- System Username
- System Hostname
- Operating System
- Check for Update
This option lets you check whether the Desklog version you have installed is up to date.
- Go Online
NB: This option is enabled only if you are offline.
Clicking this option makes your Desklog app start tracking.
- Go Offline
NB: This option is enabled only if you are offline.
Clicking this option makes your Desklog app stop tracking.
- Logout
This option logs you out of the Desklog app.
- Quit Desklog
This option closes the Desklog app.
