Step 1: In the admin left panel, click on Settings.
Step 2: In the page that opens, click on Leaves.
Step 3: From the list of options, select Monthly Leave.
Step 4: First, enable the Monthly Cap. Enabling this allows you to set a maximum limit on the number of leaves an employee can take in a month.

Step 5: Then, set a Leave Cap, which is the maximum number of leaves an employee can take in a month.

Step 6: Select the users these restrictions are applicable to from the drop down under Restrictions applicable to.

Step 7: Enable or disable Carry Available. This feature lets the admin decide whether users can carry over their unused leave days to the following months or not.

Step 8: Click Update to save the changes.
