To set up leaves in Desklog, navigate to ‘Settings’ and select ‘Leaves’ from the available options.

Then You’ll be taken to the configuration page where you can set up different types of leaves.

This section allows you to;
1) Yearly Leaves
Set up yearly leave by defining a fixed number of annual leave days for employees.
2) Monthly Leaves
Set up monthly leave policies by enabling monthly caps, configuring carryover options, and applying restrictions to selected users.
3) Continuous Leave
Set up continuous leave rules by limiting the number of consecutive days employees can take and defining who it applies to.
4) Special Leave
Set up special leave by enabling it based on company policy and choosing who can request or approve it.
5) Hour Allowance
Set up hour allowance by specifying the minimum working hours required for full-day attendance.
6) Leave Types
Set up various leave types by creating custom categories (e.g., sick, unpaid) and assigning unique color codes for each.
