How to Purchase Desklog Services

Step 1: Click on Settings from the Admin left panel and then Subscriptions from the page that opens.

Step 2: Click on Plans. This will open up a page with all the details of your current plan including plan status, the date the plan expires, plan type, no. of members, billing period (monthly, half yearly or annually) and total amount.

Step 3: Scroll to the section titled Plan to view all the services you can purchase and select as your requirement. After selecting the plan, click on the Switch button to switch to the selected plan.

Step 4: Scroll to the section titled Team Members and add/ reduce the member count as required.

Step 5: Next, you can set the Billing Period as Monthly, Half- Yearly or Annually

Step 6: On the bottom right, you can see the Total Amount to be paid for the plan as per your specifications. Click Next. This will take you to the Billing Details.

Step 7: Fill in details such as 

  • Billed To: The username of the person buying the services.
  • Invoice Email: The email ID of the person who is to receive the invoice emails.
  • Phone Number: The contact phone number of the person purchasing or receiving the services.
  • Country: The country where the buyer is located.
  • Coupon Code: A promotional or discount code provided (if any).
  • Your Company Address: The physical address of the buyer’s company.

Step 8: You can click on the Subscribe Now button to enable autopay. If you wish to pay manually, click on Pay Now.

NB: Payments can only be made via card.
