There are two Criteria to Complete a task in Desklog:
Criteria 1: Completing a Task in Desklog – Kanban View
Step 1: From the Admin left panel, click My Tasks.

This will open the Kanban View, where all your tasks are organized into four sections: To Do, In Progress, Pause, and Task Done.

Step 2: To complete a task, simply drag and drop it from In Progress or Pause into the Task Done section. Make sure the task has an Assigned Time, as missing time entries can affect your efficiency.

Criteria 2: Completing a Task in Desklog – Through Projects
Step 1: From the Admin left panel, click Projects, then select Project List from the dropdown.

Step 2: From the list of projects, choose the project containing the task you want to complete. This will open a page listing all tasks within that project.

Step 3: Locate the task you want to complete and go to the Status column. Click the Pause button.

Step 4: A confirmation table will appear. Click Confirm, and the task status will be updated to Complete.
