Step 1: Click on Settings from the Admin left panel.
Step 2: From the list of options, select Project.
Step 3:
From the list of options, click on Task Auto-Pause.
Here, you have options to:
- Enable/Disable Task Pause on Idle: Option to activate or deactivate the feature that pauses tasks when the user remains idle.
- Set Minimum Idle Time: Define the minimum duration of inactivity before a task is paused due to idleness.
- Enable Task Pause After 24 Hours of Continuous Running: Activate the feature to pause a task if it has been running for 24 hours without interruption.
- Enable Task Pause When No Data is Received from the App: Allow the task to pause if there is no incoming data from the app.
Set the options as required and click on update.
