We are seeking an experienced Product Lead (Technical) to oversee the complete technical direction, architecture, and development of our SaaS product. The ideal candidate will lead a cross-functional engineering team, manage cloud infrastructure, and drive innovation across backend, frontend, and DevOps operations. This role combines hands-on technical expertise with leadership and product ownership.

• Lead and mentor the development team through effective task allocation, progress tracking, and performance reviews.
• Define and oversee the technical architecture and development of the Desklog SaaS product.
• Manage backend and frontend systems, primarily using Laravel (PHP) and Node.js.
• Oversee DevOps operations, including CI/CD pipelines, deployments, and server configurations.
• Administer cloud infrastructure (AWS), ensuring uptime, scalability, and optimized performance.
• Collaborate with stakeholders on product planning, roadmap creation, and feature prioritization.
• Translate business and product requirements into scalable, maintainable technical solutions.
• Conduct code reviews, ensuring adherence to best practices, performance standards, and clean code principles.
• Coordinate with QA, UI/UX, and operations teams to ensure seamless delivery of features.
• Manage database systems (MySQL, MongoDB) and oversee RESTful API integrations.
• Handle version control, Git workflows, and release management for efficient deployment cycles.
• Monitor application performance, conduct load and security testing, and implement optimizations.

Technical Skills

Qualifications & Experience
