For geo tracking to function properly, it is essential that the user’s geolocation is turned on. To enable this, first go to Settings and select Modules.
From the left-side menu bar, choose the Geo Tracking option to open the configuration settings.
Next, click on the On/Off toggle button to enable geo tracking and then select Update to save the change.
If you want this setting to apply for all users, tick the checkbox labeled ‘Update This Setting for All Users’. Finally, click on the Confirm button.
Once confirmed, the geolocation configuration will be successfully updated, allowing accurate tracking of user locations.
