1.How screen capturing feature can be enabled?
Once the user is registered with the Desklog account, click on the action field action as highlighted in the below screenshot.
You will be able to view the screenshot settings, here there is a checkbox to enable screen capture.
Note: The screenshots are captured only if the user is online.
2. Where to find the recorded or captured screen?
Only the admin or the Desklog account owner will be able to view the screenshots captured. To find the captured screen go to the screenshot menu in the left panel of the Desklog page as shown in the below screenshot.
Here you will be able to find the screenshots of the working window every few minutes. It shows the working screen and the idle screen as well.
3.How to change the settings of the screenshot quality and the time interval?
Only the admin or the Desklog account owner will be able to change the settings of the screenshot quality and the time interval at which it should be captured. As discussed in the question 2 under section 4 please click on the action field of the user, once the user is registered successfully. You will be able to view the settings under the screenshot panel as shown in the below screenshot.
There is a checkbox for blur screen capture and there is also a drop down menu to select the screen capture frequency (time interval), screen capture quality. You can select as per your need from the menu.
5. Can I use my own storage for storing screenshots?
Yes, you can use your own storage for storing screenshots.
