Please note: You\u2019ll need Desklog version 2.7 to access this feature.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Follow the steps below to mark tracked time as Private<\/strong> when deleting screenshots in Desklog:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

  1. Go to Activity<\/strong> from the Admin left panel and select Captures<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n
    \"\"<\/figure>\n\n\n\n
      \n
    1. Choose the user whose screenshots you want to delete. <\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n
      \"\"<\/figure>\n\n\n\n
        \n
      1. Select the screenshot you want to remove and click the Bin<\/strong> icon.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n
        \"\"<\/figure>\n\n\n\n
          \n
        1. A confirmation pop-up will appear. Enable the option to convert the associated time to Private<\/strong> so it is not counted as work activity.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

            \n
          1. Click Yes<\/strong> to delete the screenshot. Your screenshot will be deleted.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

            1. To verify, go to Timelines<\/strong> from the left panel and search for the user.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

              1. The time linked to the deleted screenshot will now be marked as Private<\/strong> in the timeline.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n
