  1. From the Admin left panel, click Projects<\/strong>, then select Project List<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

    1. Choose the project to which you want to import tasks.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

      1. In the project task view, go to the top-right corner and click the Import Tasks<\/strong> icon.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

        1. Download the sample Excel sheet.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

            \n
          1. Enter task details as per the guidelines:
            \n
              \n
            • You can upload up to 100 tasks per file
              <\/li>\n\n\n\n
            • Task Title is required (up to 150 characters)
              <\/li>\n\n\n\n
            • Description is optional (up to 10,000 characters)
              <\/li>\n\n\n\n
            • Assignee is optional (enter the assignee\u2019s email or leave blank for unassigned tasks)
              <\/li>\n\n\n\n
            • Assigned Time is optional and must be in HH:MM format
              <\/li>\n\n\n\n
            • Start Date and End Date are optional and must be in YYYY-MM-DD format
              <\/li>\n\n\n\n
            • Priority is optional (Critical, Intermediate, Low, Trivial)
              <\/li>\n\n\n\n
            • Task Type is optional (Normal, Bug)
              <\/li>\n\n\n\n
            • Billing Status is optional (Billable, Non-Billable)
              <\/li>\n\n\n\n
            • Tags are optional and must be comma-separated

            • Upload the completed Excel file<\/strong> in the provided space and click Upload<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n
